Apple Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

♦ 1 egg

♦ 2 clear

♦ 125 g of plain flour

♦ 1 teaspoon baking soda

♦ 300 CE of milk fat free

♦ 125 g sugar

♦ ½ teaspoon of cinnamon (Optional)

♦ 250 g of peeled red apples, centers and cut in thin slices

♦ Dew plant.

PREPARATION:

  1. Beat the egg and the egg whites in a large bowl.
  2. Add flour sifted with the baking, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Beat until creamy; Add the Apple slices.
  3. Moisturize a hot skillet with vegetable spray of 24 cm. in diameter and tip the preparation. Cover and cook over low heat about 15 minutes until bottom is golden, but is still not fully cooked.
  4. Pass the pancake to a plate (with the part Golden to above) and replace in the Pan moist again with vegetable spray. Cook others 10 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
