Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo of mixture of seafood: Black shells and fan, Octopus, squid, giant squid, King prawns, Razor Clams, clams and waffles
- 1 fish head chilcano Cup
- 2 green bananas
- 2 sprigs of cilantro
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lettuce
Instructions
- Clean and wash the seafood to leave them ready to be cooked
- Cut the tomatoes into strips and chop the onion into thin
- Fried green plantains sliced - style chifle or chips- in a pan with hot oil
- Cool bananas and chancar them in a mortar (mash them) even when they are still warm
- FRY in a frying pan, separate onion and tomato flavoring it with ground garlic, Salt, and pepper
- Add seafood and pour cup of the chilcano de head of fish in preparation
- Once frying is ready, Add mashed banana, and stir until it is well distributed
- Cook for ten minutes
- Decorate the plate with lettuce leaves, cilantro or parsley. Add sliced red pepper to taste
- Decorate with seaweed (yuyo), range and salt toasted field shells
