Ingredients
  • 3 eggs 60-65 g.
  • 140 g sugar
  • 50 cc of milk
  • 100 cc of oil
  • Lemon peel
  • 150 gluten-free special flour g
  • 2 teaspoons rasas of yeast powder
Instructions
  1. Spraying sugar, add the lemon rind and spray again at speeds 5-7-9.
  2. Put the butterfly in the TH and beat the whole eggs with the sugar in speed 3 until they increase their volume twice and acquire a density that allows us to draw.
