  • 4 philo dough sheets
  • 50 GR. butter
  • 50 GR. pitted black olives
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup basil leaves
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated cheese
  • Olive oil c / required
  • 200 GR. of small potatoes
  • 4 adept tomatoes
  • 2 Summer Squash
  • Chives
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine
  • Salt and black pepper
