Ingredients
  • 8 slices of pork loin
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 GR. of olives (boneless)
  • 300 GR. crushed tomato
  • 1/2 Cup dry sherry
  • 1 hard boiled egg
Instructions
  1. Fry the pork loin and is put in a tray to the oven. Fried once you add a little salt (but little salt then olives can leave it very salty). Leave it section in the tray.
