Ingredients
  • 1 condensed milk jar (200 CC.)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 Vanilla essence tea spoons
  • ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Boil in a pot 3 cups of water mixed with condensed milk.
  2. Beat the whites to snow. Take the white snow with a spoon and carefully deposit it on the boiling milk, trying to turn the flakes so that they are cooked on all sides. Then remove the flakes from the milk and set aside in a platter..
  3. Beat the egg yolks and dilute the cornstarch in a little water. Add yolks and cornstarch to milk, stirring the mixture until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Then heat over low heat until the mixture becomes thick, but without letting it boil.
  5. Let the milk cool and add the flakes on top of the milk. Then sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Serve ice cream.
