Peel the onion, chop and fry in a frying pan with oil. Clean the chain pods and chop them. Put them to cook in the quick pot with a little water and a pinch of salt. In 4 minutes will be made.
When the onion is good in color, drain the oil and put the onions in a jug. Pour some of the broth resulting from cooking the beans and crush with the blender until you get a homogeneous cream.
Peel potatoes, cut them into slices and fry them in the same pan where you've fried the onion (if more oil were needed, adds a little). When the potatoes are almost made, fillet the garlic and add them. When you remove them from the pan, sprinkle them with chopped parsley.
Serve the onion cream in the background, place the drained pods on top and around distribute the potatoes. Serve some onion cream in the center.
There are fresh and dried onions. If it's fresh, the part should dismiss a deep smell and if it is dry it has to be firm and not present any kind of germination. If you buy them in bundles tied up, make sure the ones inside aren't soft.
