Ingredients

  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 6 black peppercorns
  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • thyme
  • ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Peel the onion and cut it in half. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Remove the green leaves of the leek, wash and chop it. Put in a casserole the knuckle and prepared vegetables.
