  • 4 Supreme of chicken

Green Salad
  • 50 GR peas
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pepper green
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 small chopped jalapeño without seeds
  • 10 crespo parsley GR
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 handles
  • Medium red onion
  • 50 g golden raisins
  • 1 Chile, chopped without seeds
  • 20 g of honey
  • 10 g of coriander
  • 150 GR of sugar
  • 50 cm3 of vinegar
  • 30 cm3 of Moscato
  • Half a clove of garlic
  1. STEP 1
  2. Cut the mango into cubes, and onion, well young garlic and chili. Bring everything to a pan with the rest of the ingredients of chutney and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
  3. It should be the consistency of a jam.
  4. Leave to cool.
