Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 slices of buttercrumb to spread the toast
Instructions
  1. Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
  2. Po open the eggs in a bowl and add the milk and chives; put it all together with the whisk.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan and add eggs. Removes 2 minutes to fire slow, until they cost. but without letting them boil.
  4. When the eggs are practically cooked, make the toast. Roast the slices of bread on a toast or place them under the oven grill between 1 and 2 minutes. turning them over. Spread the toast with butter, cut them into triangles and serve them with eggs.
Notes
  • Try not to leave the eggs in the fire longer than necessary, they could dry out and not fit properly. Scrambled eggs should look creamy. bright and slightly damp.
  • To vary, add two tablespoons of grated cheese or a pinch of aromatic herbs to the mixture before placing it in the pan.
  • Cook eggs just before serving.
