Ingredients
  • 300 g of frozen puff pastry
On the other hand
  • 1 Tin of anchovies
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of coarse salt
Instructions
  1. Let thaw dough sheets one together to another and at room temperature 20-30 minutes.

  4. Place the cakes on a baking tray wet with cold water and let stand 15 minutes. Heat oven to 210-220 degrees. Cook the anchovy pastries 10-15 minutes to half-height. It is best to serve them still hot.
Notes
  • Instead of anchovies in oil can be another type of anchovy for filling.
