  • 2 sheets of prepared puff pastry
  • 3 tablespoons of cashew paste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 10 small canned artichokes, chopped
  • 200 g of roasted vegetable mix
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° c. Lightly grease 2 oven trays. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 squares and paint them on the surface across various sites with a fork.
  2. Put them on the trays and bake them 8 minutes, or until golden brown and they've gone up.
  3. Leave to cool a little and then join them with the cashew paste.
  4. Mix basil with artichokes and roasted vegetables; spread the mixture over the baked hoialdres and serve immediately with a salad as a light lunch, or as a dinner ticket.
