  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 bottom of cake already made
  • 2 tablespoons red currant jelly
  • 1 family box of three-flavored ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  1. Assemble the whites together with the sugar and add the cocoa. Cut from the cake a rectangle of 10 x 15 cm, put it on a refractory tray and spread it with the jelly.
  2. Put the ice cream block on top, cover it with the meringue and brown this on the preheated grill or in the oven to 240 degrees. Sprinkle with sifted cocoa and serve immediately.
