Ingredients
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of orange juice
  • 12 ice cream balls
  • 12 blurs
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Dispose of all the necessary ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table.
  2. Separate the chops from the strawberries and deposit them, along with sugar and orange juice, in the bowl of the blender. Put it all down 20 seconds or until the mixture becomes fine-looking.
  3. Pour the puree into a game and let it boil 1 minute.
  4. Move the puree back to the blender and continue whisking others 10 seconds; pure passes through the Chinese to remove the seeds. Let it cool.
  5. Spread the ice cream into serving glasses and pour the sauce over top. Decorate it with wafers and sprinkle it with walnuts. If you want, serve with strawberries and chocolate biscuits.
Notes
  • Use raspberries in strawberry rain, if it's the season.
