Ingredients
  • 1 l of pistachio ice cream.
  • 6 halves of peaches in syrup.
  • 150 GRS. Cherry in syrup.
  • 150 GRS. cake (or cookie).
  • 1 glass of liquor.
  • 1/4 l whipped cream.
  • 30 GRS. powdered sugar.
To decorate
  • Pistachios.
  • Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Check the cake cut into cubes in a bowl, the peach and chopped cherries, sugar and liquor. Mix well and set aside for a while. Then, Add the whipped cream and mix. Reservation.
