  • 1 beet, grated
  • 3 smashed garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons shredded fresh ginger
  • 1 little beaten egg
  • 2 teaspoons of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin ground
  • 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs oil for frying
  • 2 teaspoons of yellow miso
  • 200 g of yogurt
  • 8 thick slices of bar bread
  • 100 g of pea sprouts
  1. To make the burgers, mix the carrot well in a large bowl, beetroot, garlic, the ginger, the egg, spices and breadcrumbs; splashes, divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and burger-shaped deles.
  2. Hot 2 cm of oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers during 5 minutes per side, or until they're well-gold and made inside; spit them on absorbent paper
  3. As long as I fry them, preheat the grill and mix the miso with the yogurt. Gratin the slices of bread and serve each burger between two slices with miso yogurt and sprouts
  • miso paste is sold in diet or Japanese food stores, if you don't find miso yellow, you can use any other.
