1 avocado, mature but not soft, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 Cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 large squares of Italian cake with olives
1 small caterpillar lettuce, shredded sprigs of peas lime juice
Knead the minced meat with salt, pepper, garlic and cream until a well-tied dough is obtained. Form 4 burgers.
Mix tomato concentrate with light olive oil; watch it. In a pan with the rest of the oil, cold the burgers on both sides about 3 minutes or until golden and well-made. Remove them and let them release the oil.
Put the burgers on a tray with foil, ruples with overlapping avocado slices, combine them with the tomato concentrate mixture and sprinkle with the cheeses; leave them on the grill of the preheated oven some 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Cut the cake squares in half and roast, if you prefer, the inside of them. Cover the cake bases with pieces of lettuce and sprigs of peas; drizze them with a little lime juice. Add the burger with the avocado and cover it all with the other half of the cake with olives.
