To prepare the sauce
mix the yogurt with the honey, tahina or peanut butter and garlic in a bowl; get it right.
Knead the minced meat together with the apricots in a bowl, spring onions, chilli sauce, garlic, salt and pepper, the egg and bread crumbs. Form with the resulting dough 4 round lots, cover them and leave them in the fridge about 10 minutes.
