Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 125 g of pumpkin, peeled and cut into pieces
- 300 g of canned salmon, Drained
- 1 small onion, grated and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk, Additional
- 1 1/2! cups of bread crumbs
- 2 spoonfuls of ftesco dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 ripe but firm avocado, chopped
- 1/4 Cup red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon whole egg mayonnaise
- 4 oval pita breads
- red chicory
Instructions
- Cook potatoes in a casserole with boiling water, until they are tender; drain them well. Cook the squash in the microwave until tender; drain it and add it to the potato. Use a fork for well-mixed. Stir in salmon, the onion, Salt, pepper, the egg lightly beaten, the extra egg yolk and a cup of breadcrumbs; think about it well and form 4 round lots. Then re-weld them with a pan-grated and dill mixture; cover them and leave them 2 hours in the fridge.
- In a frying pan with oil, cold portions over medium heat on both sides about 3 minutes or until they're quite golden and well-made.
- Mix the avocado with the pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Open the loaves and fill them with the lettuce, the burger and the avocado mixture.
