Ingredients
  • 4 thick pork sausages
  • 1/4cup of tomato or chutney canned
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 Cup grated cheese
  • 8 slices of white bread or 8 "crumpets" square
  • 1 thinly sliced tomato
  • green leaf holly

Instructions
