  • 1/2 Cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons shredded fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin ground
  • 2 teaspoons of scents of "Tandoori"powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 spoonful of tomato sauce
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • oil for frying
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced and diagonally
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 naan breads
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1/4 Cup coconut,flakes or grated, Toasted
  1. Beat the yogurt, the ginger, sugar, turmeric, the powders of "Tandoori", garlic and tomato sauce until left either tied. Clean the chicken of fat and nerves and immerse it in the yogurt mixture. Leave it covered in the fridge for a few 3 hours.
  2. In a large frying pan with oil, cold fillets over medium heat on both sides a few 3 minutes or until golden brown and well done.
  3. While the steaks are roasted, cut the cucumber with a vegetable peeler to form long, thin ribbons. Dip the banana slices into the lemon juice. Put the naan breads on individual plates and cover half of them with the lettuce, cucumber ribbons, banana slices and chicken fillet. Add a tablespoon of chutney and sprinkle over the flakes or coconut zest. Serve with the other half of the folded bread so that it covers the filling.
