  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 teaspoons of chilli oil
  • 1 large onion, thin cut
  • 500 g of lean beef,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup oil, Additional
  • 4 corn tortillas, in half
  • 1 cup of lettuce leaves, in slices
  • 1 tomato, cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 cup bottled tomato sauce
  • 1 ripe medium avocado
  • 1 small ripe tomato, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 small onion, thin cut
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
To make guacamole
  1. cut the avocado in half, boning and peeling it. Put the pulp in a bowl and work it with a fork; Add the tomato, garlic, the onion, juice and coriander. Upload everything well and set it up.
