Ingredients
  • 750 g of lean beef, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated fine
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 aged cheddar cheese g
  • 40 g cream cheese
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons smoked cheese, grated fine
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 4 comprehensive biscuits
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped fresh thyme
  • vegetables as garnish, Optional
Instructions
  1. Knead ground meat, the onion, tomato concentrate, green onions, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Divide the dough resulting in 4 porciones. Cut the cheddar in 4 square one 3 cm of width and 1 cm thick. Insert a square in the center of each Burger; cover it with the meat and give it a round shape.
  2. In a frying pan or Grill, well wiped oil, cold burgers each 7 minutes per side or until golden brown and well done. While these are roasted, beat the cheese cream with electric mixer until left fine. Add sour cream, smoked cheese and the lemon rind; beat it all well linked up to left.
  3. Cut the rolls in half and lightly toast on the grill of the oven. Divide the bases between 4 individual plates and cover with lettuce, a hamburger and a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with thyme and finish with the other half of the roll. You can serve burgers accompanied by an assortment of vegetables grilled to taste.
Notes
  • It is advisable to buy Parmesan cheese cut and shred it in house; the flavor that is obtained is much higher than of the Parmesan that comes already shredded in packages.
