  • 500 g of lean beef, minced
  • 4 fine chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons sauce Perrin completo
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper
  • to taste tabasco sauce
  • 1 large red onion, in rings of 1 cm thick
  • !4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 TSP of brown sugar
  • lettuce leaves
  • 8 thick slices of white bread,
  • 4 jalapenas peppers, cut into slices
  1. Knead the meat minced with onion, chilli sauce, garlic, Perrin completo sauce, tomato concentrate, cilantro, Salt, pepper and e! Tabasco in a bowl; form with the dough 4 round lots.
  2. In a large skillet or Grill, greased with oil, cold portions 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and well done. Meanwhile, Sauté onion rings until tender. Varnishing with a mixture of sugar and soy during the cooking sauce.
