Ingredients
  1. 3 slices of fresh salmon
  2. 1 small zucchini cooked steamed
  3. a piece of pumpkin cooked with steam
  4. finely chopped fresh parsley
  5. bread crumbs
  6. sea salt
  7. oil of olive Virgin
Instructions
  1. Clean the salmon by removing central bone, all the pins and skin, wash well and corterlo in small cubes! Place it in a bowl and add the vegetables to make them mashed with a fork.
  2. Add the parsley, a pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of bread grated, mix and compactelo all! Heat a skillet with a little olive oil and cook patties until browned. Serve with fresh vegetables.
