  • 3 slices of fresh salmon
  • 1 small zucchini cooked steamed
  • a piece of pumpkin cooked with steam
  • finely chopped fresh parsley
  • bread crumbs
  • sea salt
  • oil of olive Virgin
  1. Clean the salmon by removing central bone, all the pins and skin, wash well and corterlo in small cubes! Place it in a bowl and add the vegetables to make them mashed with a fork.
  2. Add the parsley, a pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of bread grated, mix and compactelo all! Heat a skillet with a little olive oil and cook patties until browned. Serve with fresh vegetables.
