Ingredients
- 3 slices of fresh salmon
- 1 small zucchini cooked steamed
- a piece of pumpkin cooked with steam
- finely chopped fresh parsley
- bread crumbs
- sea salt
- oil of olive Virgin
Instructions
- Clean the salmon by removing central bone, all the pins and skin, wash well and corterlo in small cubes! Place it in a bowl and add the vegetables to make them mashed with a fork.
- Add the parsley, a pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of bread grated, mix and compactelo all! Heat a skillet with a little olive oil and cook patties until browned. Serve with fresh vegetables.
