Ingredients
  • 6 thick slices of bacon, dice 3 cm
  • 30g butter
  • 100g mushrooms, in slices
  • Pepper ground
  • 4 whole buns holly or tripped lettuce
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 avocado, mature but not soft, cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • whole egg mayonnaise, Optional
Instructions
  1. In a fat-free frying pan, cold the bacon dice over medium heat until crispy. Let them drain on kitchen paper; keep them warm. Fry the mushrooms with the butter and pepper, removing some 3 minutes until they give each other. Remove pan from heat.
  2. Cut the pir buns half in and, if you prefer, Roast them. Place the bases on 4 individual dishes and cover them with lettuce leaves, the tomato, the avocado, the bacon, mushrooms, basil and a touch of mayonnaise to taste. Cover it all with the bun.
