  • 500g of lean beef,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper black ground
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons oil
  • 45g butter
  • 1 or 2 smashed garlic cloves
  • 250g of small mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream or 2 or 3 tablespoons of cream
  • 2 or 3 teaspoons of Marsala wine
  • 4 buns with sunflower seeds
  • fresh basil or parsley leaves, chopped, Additional
  1. Knead the minced meat in a bowl, Salt, pepper, parsley, wine, onion and sugar, and form 4 burgers.
  2. In a frying pan with oil, cold 4 portions over medium heat on both sides some 3 minutes or until golden and well-made. Remove and keep warm. Fry the mushrooms with the butter and garlic over medium heat until tender and golden. Add milk cream and Marsala, removing some 3 minutes until the liquid is reduced.
  3. Cut the muffins in two, roast them and butter them to taste. Cover the base with the burger and add a tablespoon of mushroom cream on top. Sprinkle with basil or parsley and cover with the bun. You can serve the burgers and fries and decorated with fine herbs.
