Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of meat broth powder
  • 500g of lean beef,minced
  • 1 tablespoon Perrin's sauce
  • 1/4 Cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of English mustard, powder
  • 2 TSP of brown sugar
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 tablespoon of corn flour
  • 4 cheese buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup of pea sprigs
Instructions
  1. In a frying pan with oil, saute the onion over medium heat 10 minutes until it's transparent. Add broth and minced meat, and turn up the fire so that it is browned. Pour in the sauces, the juice, Salt, mustard and sugar and remove some 3 minutes. Add tomato and peas; Cook 2 more minutes.
  2. Pour in half the water and let it boil. Cover and let cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the rest of the mixed water with the flour; stir until boiling and thickening.
