Ingredients
  • 500 g of lean beef, minced
  • 1 fine chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 0 Cup of bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of meat seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 40g butter
  • 2 large onions, cut into fine rings, additional
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs, additional
  • 4 slices of bacon, without skin
  • 4 large muffins for burgers, cut in half
  • lettuce, in slices
  • 1 sliced large tomato
  • 4 large slices of red beetroot, Drained
  • 4 pineapple slices, Drained
  • tomato sauce to serve
Instructions
  1. Mix the minced meat, tomato sauce, the onion, the seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl; plus it all and form 4 burgers. Melt in a frying pan 30 g butter and fry the onion rings over medium heat until golden. Keep them warm.
  2. In a frying pan or grill smeared with oil, cold eachlag of the burgers some 3 minutes or until they're done. Add a slice of cheese above.
  3. Meanwhile, cold the eggs and dore the bacon with the rest of the butter.
  4. Cover the buns and cover the bottom half with the lettuce, the tomato, beetroot and pineapple. Add the burger, the onion, the bacon, the egg and top with the bun.
