Ingredients
  • 1 kg. kid
  • 4 Potatos
  • 1 spoonful of lard
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 250 GR. peas
  • 1/2Onion
  • 50 GR. of coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup of chicha
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 Cup rice
  • Stock amount
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Put the butter in a saucepan, melt, Add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Once golden add the kid cut into pieces, Fry well and incorporate the ground chili pepper.
  2. Stir, Add chicha and peas. Add some broth, Cover the saucepan and cook over low heat until the meat is half cooked.
  3. Add the peeled and cut potatoes into four parts, Cover and finish cooking. If necessary add more broth. Boil the rice in another saucepan 20 minutes.
  4. Remove, Put the rice in the center of a dish and arrange around the stew with the sauce.
