Granita pink



 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

 1/2 Cup water

 2 rosé wine cups

 1 Cup of sweetener powder

 300 g raspberries or strawberries, canned

 1/4 Cup of lime juice.


1) Dissolve gelatin in cold water and leave it to fluff.

2) Heat the wine during 5 minutes; Add sweetener and stir until it dissolves. Add the gelatin and stir until it is dissolved.

3) Add raspberries and lemon juice and mix.

4) Pour mixture into a bowl and take to the freezer, until it begins to freeze.

5) Beat the mixture semicongelada with electric mixer until the fruit disintegrates. Bring back into the freezer until it becomes to freeze.
