Ingredients
  • PEANUT BUTTER JELLY
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1 Peanut Butter Cup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup water
  • HAZELNUT JELLY
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Cup of hazelnut cream
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup water
Instructions
  1. To make the peanut butter jelly: hydrate the gelatin in 3/4 Cup water; after heated Bain-Marie or in the microwave until it dissolves.
  2. Separate blending perfectly with evaporated milk peanut butter, condensed and remaining water.
  3. Drain the mixture in a saucepan, heat over low heat, boil, Add the gelatin, stir well, remove from the heat and allow it to warm.
  4. To make the hazelnut jelly: Repeat the same procedure and allow it to warm.
  5. Pour the peanut butter in a mold gelatin, refrigerate 25 minutes, last time already it should be slightly curdled.
  6. Now pour the hazelnut jelly in a swoop on the peanut, This will make both jellies to mix a little and show an appearance as the photo.
  7. Refrigerate, unmold and serve.
