  • 1 litre of yoghurt natural
  • 1/4 water
  • 5 envelopes of splenda (no calorie sweetener)
  • 250 grams of raspberries
  • natural unflavored gelatin
  • cornstarch (starch of maize)
  1. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a quarter of water and it went to the microwave by half minute.
  2. Licuamos the yogurt , 3 envelopes of splenda and unflavored gelatin.
  3. We emptied into a mold and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  4. For the sauce of raspberry
  5. Mix the water with cornstarch to dissolve it all. We put to fire in a pot raspberries, the sugar and the water with the cornstarch and boil for half hour until this well soft.
  6. Remove the gelatine from the refrigerator and add raspberry sauce.
  7. Exquisite recipe, to eat!
