Ingredients
  • BANANA JELLY
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 Tin of La Lechera® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • HAZELNUT CREAM JELLY
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Cup of hazelnut cream
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • DECORATION
  • 2 bananas cut to taste
Instructions
  1. To prepare the banana jelly: Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water, Let stand until swell, heated Bain-Marie until it dissolves. Blending the milk condensed with bananas, milk and slowly add the gelatin. Book.
  2. To make the hazelnut jelly: Sprinkle the gelatin over the water, Let stand until moisten. Heat to dissolve completely.
  3. In a blender mix the hazelnut milk cream, pour the gelatin and integrate.
  4. Empty a little hazelnut cream gelatin and refrigerate until it begins to curdle, empty the banana jelly layer and so on until you reach the top of the mould. Refrigerate until set completely. Unmold before serving.
