JELLY CHEESE
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tin of La Lechera® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 lemons (the juice)
NUTELLA® JELLY
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 Nutella® Cup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
To make the cheese gelatin
  1. Hydrate the gelatin in the water, Let stand until swell, heat it in the microwave or Bain-Marie, stir well until it dissolves.
  2. Blending the cream with lemon juice and condensed milk cheese, Add the gelatin to the blender and mix until the ingredients are incorporated. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until semicuaje.
To produce Nutella® gelatin
  1. Repeat the procedure with the unflavored gelatin.
  2. Blend with the Nutella® milk and sugar until it dissolves completely; then add the gelatin and mix a few seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. Gently pour over cheese gelatin, refrigerate until set completely. Unmold and serve.
