  • 1 Tin of peaches in syrup
  • 1 litre of water
  • 120 grams of gelatin without flavour
  • 120 GRS. raisins
  • 150 grams of gelatin flavor peach
  • 2 carrots
  • 250 MLS.. of cream
  • 320 GRS. of ricotta
  1. Dissolve the gelatin of peaches in the water boiling
  2. Dissolve the gelatin without flavor in the syrup of the peach
  3. Mix both gelatins adding peach dices
  4. Slice 3 of the peaches
  5. Add the ricotta cheese, the cream and the half of the raisins
  6. Mix gently and slowly add the grated carrot
  7. When this almost setting up put some slices of peach and the rest of the raisins
  8. Please refrigerate until completely set.
