We will prepare a dessert that satisfies the sweeter palate without remorse. It's a jelly in chocolate that has nothing to envy to the Flans and custards commercial. We assure you that it is addicting and recipe costs no effort. It has a smooth, light consistency, is very similar to a mousse, so we strongly recommend it to all those who crave for chocolate. It is best to prepare it a day in advance, because it takes to Jell more time one gelatin normal.

Ingredients
- 250 ml skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa value
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon of liquid sweetener (or a few 3 grams of powdered saccharin)
- 3 neutral gelatin sheets (or a few 5 grams of gelatin neutral in powder)
Instructions
- We hydrated the gelatin in cold water to soften it.
- In a bowl mix the chosen sweetener or skimmed milk with saccharin. We also add the pure cocoa and powdered milk. We batiremos well the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- We will bring our prepared chocolate fire, stirring occasionally to prevent the milk from sticking. When it is about to boil, We power the fire.
- We will add one to the sheets of gelatine, drain them well. As the milk will still be hot, they will be dissolved without difficulty.
- Mix again and let stand.
- Once cool, We also give out no mixture into individual cups or pour it into a large mold.
- Now just put dent in the fridge, put them inside and wait.
Notes
- We return to insist. Recommended ,keep the cups in the fridge for at least 24 hours, for that pick up body. Otherwise, chocolate gelatin won't be creamy ta.
