Ingredients
  • 1 A kilo of tomatoes (We recommend PEAR)
  • 1/2 small onion (60 grams)
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 cucumber (small)
  • 1 small cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Instructions
  1. Is getting tomatoes in a food processor or blender, the onion, Pepper cucumber, vinegar, garlic, oil (oil free non League mix) and the bread. Liquid and it should be fine. Water can be added if you want to do lighter.
  2. It is important to serve it very cold, so it must be in the fridge long enough before serving. It is not others, put some ice cubes when ready to serve to cool it more.
