Ingredients
- 1 Kg of prawns
- 2 handles
- 1 dl of olive oil
- 2 dl of mayonnaise salad
- 50 g spring onions
- 50 g gherkins
- 50 g pitted green olives
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Pepper ground
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix the mayonnaise in a bowl, mustard and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add the onions, gherkins and chopped olives, Season with salt and pepper and set aside in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap.
- Cut the mangoes into small cubes. Drizzle them with lemon juice.
- Peel, Remove the heads from the prawns and the intestinal cord of the loin.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the prawns over a high heat for 1 minute per side. Remove from the pan and drain on the paper towel.
- Serve the prawns together with the mango cubes and salsa. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
