Ingredients
  • 1 large onion, thick chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3 Big red chillies, without seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of ghee
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 kg of raw prawns, peeled and cleaned, but with the tails intact
  • 1 Cup cream
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar or palm sugar
Tomato and onion salad
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • salt and chili powder, to taste
  • 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro or peppermint sprigs, garrison
Instructions
  1. Crush the onion, garlic, pepper and turmeric until you get a smooth cream without lumps.
  2. Add the chiles and grind again until creamy,
  3. Heat ghee and oil in a pan
