Curry prawns with cream

  • 1 large onion, thick chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 3 big red chilli, without seeds
  • 1 spoonful of ghee
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 kg of raw prawns, peeled and clean, but with the tails intact
  • 1 Cup cream
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar or palm sugar
Tomato and onion salad
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 large tomato, thin slices
  • salt and chilli powder, to taste
  • 1/4 cup of fresh coriander or sprigs of mint, garrison
