  • 230 g. butter (soft)
  • 150 g. Superfine sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g. toasted almonds
  • 5 tablespoons raspberry jam
  • 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190 ° C.
