Ingredients
  • melted butter or oil
  • 1 Cup of flour strength
  • 1 cup of chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 extrafine cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • l/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 little beaten egg
  • additional chunks of chocolate
Instructions
  1. Arrange all the ingredients and utensils on the kitchen table. You turn on the oven at moderate temperature (180 ° C), smear the trays with melted butter or oil and line the bottom with waxed paper.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the chocolate pieces, toasted and chopped peanuts and sugar; removes very well and forms a gap in the center.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the two tablespoons of butter and the peanut butter (simmering and still stirring), until the butter melts. Remove the hunt from the heat and let the contents cool.
  4. Pour it into the flour mixture hollow and add the egg as well. It brings all the ingredients together well
  5. Place tablespoons of the mixture on ready-made trays, leaving space between them. Bake cookies 20 minutes or until golden brown, and let them cool.
  6. Melt the extra pieces of chocolate in a bowl to the Maria bath. Pour a tablespoon over each cookie.
