  • 300 g of raw prawns, peeled and clean
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 Cup (185 ml) water
  • 1 spoonful of fish sauce
  • 1 Cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 bagoong teaspoon (prawn paste)
  • 3 spring onions, in slices
  • 1 small red chilli, fine chopped
  • 50 g of dried rice vermicelli noodles, Submerged 5 minutes in boiling water, drained
  • plenty of oil to fry
  • sweet chilli sauce
  1. Whisk half the prawns in the crusher to form a paste. Chop the rest of the prawns into pieces and mix them in a bowl with the crushed prawns
  2. In a narrow jug, beat the egg with water and fish sauce. Pour the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the center c gradually incorporate the egg while stiring until a paste forms.

  4.
