We started this wonderful recipe making fire with the liter of cream cinnamon a few 10 minutes. While the cream is heated, We mount the egg whites with the sugar and mix with the hot cream to cinnamon sticks which have withdrawn. We put everything in an ovenproof pan and bake the flan to 150th until it has a toasted over color. When you are ready we will unmold it.
Comes the time to assemble the dessert, cut ice cream cubes by placing each piece on top of tartlet preventing slipping of the chocolate. On top of the ice cream we put a slice of cream flan.
We can decorate as you like us: with a few mint leaves, with chocolate or with fruit syrup (Kiwi for example).
