Ingredients
- 1 can of pineapple in syrup
- 8 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 200 cc of pineapple yoghurt
- 200 cream cheese cc
- FOR CANDY
- 200 grams of sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Water quantity required
Instructions
- We must put in a saucepan the sugar, lemon juice, and a little bit of water. Now, We take fire until golden brown. Then, Remove and pour in a pan, moving the mould so that the caramel occupies the entire surface. Leave it to cool and keep.
- In this step, We will process the pineapple slices (without the syrup). Put pineapple in a bowl mash and put away to continue with the next item.
- In a new Bowl beat the eggs until they are sparkling. We add sugar, the yogurt and cream cheese. Beat until a homogenous preparation. Add the pineapple puree and mix well.
- Finally, We put preparation into previously candy mold. Bake in oven preheated and moderate bath during 45 minutes. Allow to cool and remove from pan.
