Ingredients
- · 400 g. creamy cheese
- · 250 ml. condensed milk
- · 250 ml. milk
- · 5 eggs
- · 3 tablespoons sugar
- · ½ tablespoon of water
- · To decorate: Cream (milk cream)
Instructions
- Pour the sugar along with the water in the pot mould, put it on the heat and let the sugar caramelise; move the mold so that candy cover completely the bottom and walls and let that you cool.
- Meanwhile, crack the eggs into the bowl of the electric mixer, Add cheese, and the two types of milk and whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the mould and insert it in the pressure cooker pressure, containing half a glass of water. Closing the pressure cooker, put it to the fire, and when increase the pressure, reduce heat and cook the custard, the steam, during 5 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the fire, let you lower the pressure and open it. Finally, unmolding and serve garnished with whipped cream.
