Ingredients
- 250 GR. minced meat of beef
- 250 GR. meat minced of pig (Increase proportion of meat depending on the number of guests)
- 1 Onion
- A tooth of garlic
- A sprig of parsley or chopped parsley
- A small can of tomato paste
- A teaspoon of flour
- Half beef stock cube (type Avecrem)
- Salt
- Sugar
- Oil
- One or two eggs
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Cut the onion into small pieces and FRY.
