Ingredients
  • 4 white fish fillets, about 180 g each
  • 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of gram masala
  • 1 teaspoon of soaked garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili in blades
Instructions
  1. Put the fish in a bowl,
  2. Mix the yogurt, the gram musala, garlic, salt and chilli. Combine the fish with this mixture, tape it and leave it marinating for 20 minutes in cool place.
  3. Drain it; put it on a lightly greased grill and roast it over a fire for 2 o 3 minutes per side
  4. Check with the tip of a knife if it is made and serve with white rice.
