Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets, about 180 g each
- 3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of gram masala
- 1 teaspoon of soaked garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili in blades
Instructions
- Put the fish in a bowl,
- Mix the yogurt, the gram musala, garlic, salt and chilli. Combine the fish with this mixture, tape it and leave it marinating for 20 minutes in cool place.
- Drain it; put it on a lightly greased grill and roast it over a fire for 2 o 3 minutes per side
- Check with the tip of a knife if it is made and serve with white rice.
