Fillets of fish baked with potatoes

For this recipe I have used tilapia fillets, but also can be used for perch, mere o flounders. The result is a delicious fillets of fish baked with potatoes and onions, and with tomato sauce, white wine and lemon juice.

I made the dish in a sources of glass individual.

Ingredients per person
  1. 1 fish fillet (Tilapia, DAB, etc.)
  2. A couple of potatoes
  3. 1/2 Onion
  4. Chopped garlic
  5. Chopped parsley
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper white
  8. Olive oil
  9. 1/2 glass of wine white
  10. 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  11. Lemon juice
Elaboration
  1. In the baking dish, previously greased with oil, place a bed of chopped onion. Put over a layer of sliced potatoes and 1/2 cm high.
  2. Then, spices by both sides the fillet of fish with salt, white pepper, garlic chopped and parsley chopped, and place it on top of the layer of potatoes.
  3. At the top of the steak, we put another layer of potatoes, finishing with another onion.
  4. In a cup, make a broth mix well the tomato fried, a splash of lemon, 50 CC white wine and others 50 water. Pour it over the fish and put it in the oven during 45 minutes.
  5. You are now ready to eat.
