  • 1/4 Cup (40 g) seeds of
  • Sesame
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 4 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, fine chopped
  • 150 g of fresh prawns, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons of red chilli, very fine bites
  • 150 g of fresh tofu, Consistent, cut into small dice
  • 100 g mushrooms without the stem, cut into sheets
  • 1 red pepper. cut into thin Band-Aids
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 spoonfuls of shoyu
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 package of 300 hakkien noodle g
  1. Roast sesame seeds over a low heat during 3 o 4 minutes, gently shaking the pan until the seeds are golden. Get them out of the pan, let them cool and mullet in a spice grinder or mortar.
  2. Mix the oils in a small bowl. Heat half the oil mixture in a thick-bottomed wok or large skillet, over medium-strong heat. Add the spring onion, garlic and prawns and sauté them during 1 minute. Put the chilli and sauté for another minute; remove the mixture from the pan and set aside. Put the tofu on and saute it, stirring occasionally, until it's slightly browned; take it out of the pan and set it up. Pour the rest of the oil into the pan and when it's hot, sauté the vegetables during 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add the water to the pan, the shoyu, sugar and noodles. Carefully stir the noodles so that they separate and are coated with the broth. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring well from time to time. Add the prawn mixture and tofu dice and sing all over medium heat for a long time 3 minutes. Sprinkle ground sesame seeds and serve immediately.
